Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
